Viktor Kustein

Viktor Kustein is a graduate of the Masaryk University Faculty of Law. During his studies, he and his classmates co-founded the GrowJOB Institute. As an interim consultant, he helped to transform dozens of Czech firms, and he aided several in expanding abroad, especially into German-speaking countries.

He then set forth on the path of HR. He and Eva Krausová form a department at Rockaway Capital named HR 2.0 – Human Relations. It’s focused on corporate culture and building communities that tie the Rockaway group’s whole portfolio together. He approaches HR via surveys and technologies, and he uses self-teaching algorithms and other technological innovations (socio-mapping software and chatbots for indecisive candidates) to automate a portion of HR processes so as to give his colleagues and him more time for work with people. He finds that work to be the most important thing throughout HR.

If you don’t encounter Victor in one of the offices of the Rockaway group, then you’ll see him in a café in Prague or Brno, or at one of many technology conferences in the Czech Republic or abroad.

Build your Own Chatbot
14. 11. 2018 9.00–10.20
You have probably heard about chatbots by now. They are currently one of the most talked-about topics in HR Tech. You might be thinking about creating and setting up your own chatbot but you are not sure how to go about it? The development must be expensive, you have to find the supplier, get an approval – a project taking 6 months, at least. Or not. Vojta and Viktor will show you how to build your own simple chatbot. They will show you the most common uses in HR and they might inspire you by demonstrating the areas this technology may be used in and what the benefits are. With their guidance you will create your very own chatbot that you can take home and set it up in your company the next day. And last but not least, they will also show you how to bring the chatbot to life and set it up on your career website or your Facebook page.
