🇬🇧 Tomáš has been active in the field of human resources since 2011, when he began building his career. He gained expertise and experience through collaboration with significant international HR companies such as Devire, McROY, Synergie, and Adecco.

In 2018, Tomáš decided to take a further step and founded his own company, named JobConnector. This company specializes in talent recruitment in countries outside the European Union and quickly gained recognition and success. Subsequently, it became a key part of the prestigious Italian group Orienta, which has a significant history dating back to 1993. Orienta operates in the Czech Republic, Poland, Switzerland, and Italy, with a turnover exceeding 5 billion Czech korunas.

Within Orienta, Tomáš holds an important position as Managing Partner for the Czech market. He also maintains the role of Managing Partner in his own company, JobConnector. His vision and skills contribute significantly to both organizations.

Tomáš is an active member of the Eurotemps association, which connects collaborating agencies operating in several European countries. This network includes the Czech Republic, Poland, Switzerland, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal, with over 350 branches. Tomáš is closely connected to the HR world on an international level.

Beyond his involvement in the field of human resources, Tomáš is a partner in several other companies. Through his investment firm, SURKA Group, he focuses on supporting startup projects, interim management, and management consulting, making him a significant player beyond his HR activities.
