Tomáš is an HR professional with extensive experience across various industries and regions. He graduated with a degree in Human Resource Economics from the University of Defense and currently serves as the HR Director at KOMPAN. In this role, he plays a key part in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company’s growth plans.

In addition to his role at KOMPAN, Tomáš provides consulting and coaching services, focusing on career counseling, career development, executive coaching, and HR consulting.

Previously, Tomáš held significant roles at VELUX, Red Hat, and Fosfa, where he provided strategic HR support across multiple countries and led various HR initiatives.
