At the EVOLVE! Summit Theo will introduce us to a phenomenon, which is starting to be dealt with by global leaders, such as SAP, HP or Microsoft, i.e. neurodiversity. Are you saying you don’t know what it’s about? Neurodiversity refers to variations in the human brain of individuals. Research shows that approximately 20% of the working population have a kind of learning disorder (dysgraphia, dyslexia), suffer from a certain level of autism, hyperactivity or attention disorder. People often don’t even know about that. How should you cooperate with such colleagues of yours? How should you hire them and develop their skills? There is some neurodiversity even within your organisation, so come and get some inspiration how to handle it the best.
