HR Director at IXPERA, Sylva Havířová, started her HR career right after graduation. She got her first job at DHL and after 3 years of collecting corporate experience, she decided to move to a smaller company HR team to see the results of her work first-hand.

After 5 years there, Sylva managed to move to the HR Director seat at the IXPERTA IT company in Brno. Now, she creates the best possible work conditions for her IT experts so they can properly concentrate on their job and still feel as comfortable as possible.

The greatest reward for her are the smiles on peoples‘ faces – both at the office and at corporate events. In her work, she follows the saying Don‘t say it is impossible, rather say you haven’t found the right way yet.
