Šimon is a psychologist and accredited mentor, a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), and the founder and co-owner of the teal organization Mindset Mentors.

He focuses on interpersonal communication, team development, personal growth, and the development of (learning) organizations. He is also passionate about discussing mindset and mental models. With his many years of experience and passion for applied psychology, Šimon provides deep insights into various situations – from communication and emotional intelligence to group dynamics, self-development principles, and working with feedback, conflicts, mental models, and mindset.

His mission is to help people overcome communication barriers and co-create environments conducive to constructive collaboration. His goal is for people to communicate more confidently, clearly, and with mutual respect.
