Renáta Balíková has over 10 years of experience in HR and currently holds the position of HR Manager at the Brno-based software company IRESOFT. The company is well-known not only in Brno but also for its exceptional corporate culture, which is built on the principles of liberated companies, agile thinking, and shared values.

Renáta occasionally lectures and conducts training sessions focused on agile HR, onboarding, recruitment, and corporate culture. She enjoys sharing her experiences and aims to inspire others who want to improve their practices, develop corporate culture, or explore new approaches in HR. In 2021, she was awarded the title “Recruiter of the Year” at the Recruitment Academy Awards, and two years later, she received the PROFI HR Award in the category of “HR Manager for companies with up to 1,000 employees.”
