Radvan studied psychology, medicine, mathematical statistics, and probability theory. Since 1993, he has focused on researching communication in teams. For this purpose, he developed the method of social mapping. At the same time, he has worked with individuals as both a therapist and a coach. Since 1994, he has been working at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, where he also lectures on coaching psychology. In 1996, he founded QED GROUP a.s., a company that provides psychological services to both companies and individuals. He is involved in individual and team coaching, coaching training, and supervision. He also creates comprehensive development projects for companies.
