Ondřej Tyl is a man who did not follow the expected path. Although he earned a degree from the Faculty of Law at Charles University, he was always much more drawn to the world of business and marketing. He started his career at Benefit Plus, a company specializing in employee benefits, 17 years ago as a salesperson, and now he leads it as CEO.

During this journey, Benefit Plus has grown to over a hundred employees and manages benefit systems worth 4 billion CZK for more than 600 companies in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Ondřej has become an inspiration for many others who are seeking their own path to success. Throughout his career, he has also been behind the founding of Benefit Plus Travel Agency, offering unforgettable travel experiences, and his latest project is the magazine HeRe, aimed at the HR community. This magazine was officially introduced at the EVOLVE! Summit 2023.
