Ondrej is a Tech sourcer keen to see sourcing industry succeed and take the spot it deserves in organizations small and large.

After setting up recruitment STRV in Prague, a successful tech startup (working with Y Combinator and 500 Startups companies), Ondrej then joined Hudson’s Center of Excellence RPO EMEA team in Edinburgh as a Sourcing Specialist, helping to secure key accounts, to deliver training and to promote best practices. 

Nowadays one of the longtimers at Facebook London, Ondrej has run large scale projects such as implementing bots at scale into candidate experience, helped ramp up large and fast-growing team, sourced pretty much any seniority and type of engineers there is and much more.
