As a tech sourcer, Ondřej Procházka is into recruitment bots, automation tools, setting up standards in the sourcing industry and building a strong, well-connected community.

After setting up recruitment processes for the Czech technological start-up STRV in Prague, he joined Hudson’s Center of Excellence in Edinburgh as a Sourcing Specialist. His work was taking  care of key accounts, training and promoting best practices.

However, when Ondřej realized that rainy Scotland wasn´t his cup of tea, he joined the Facebook branch in London to help build their mobile-designing community. He also loves coming up with innovative projects that, as he believes, will change the world of the tech recruitment industry.
