Michal is an innovator, co-founder, and creative director of the agencies Darwin&theMachines and GoBigname. He has been ranked among the Top 100 European Innovators by Google and the Financial Times and is also listed in Forbes’ 30 Under 30. He is one of the youngest recipients of the prestigious FILIP award for exceptional contributions to Slovak advertising and, with over 200 creative awards, is one of the most recognized advertising creators in the region.

He founded the hybrid agency Darwin&theMachines, aiming to create long-term and consistent brand communication instead of one-off campaigns. Darwin is directly connected to the branding studio GoBigname, which has completed over 250 new brand projects, from naming and identity to global testing of new concepts.
