Michal studied business in Australia, where he ventured into real estate. Upon returning to the Czech Republic in 2019, he founded the rapidly growing company Prodator, where he is the sole owner and CEO. Since the company’s inception, Michal has created over 400 recruitment campaigns for companies such as Mubea, Explosia, Siemens, Schindler, Amsterdam Airport, Kofola, Woltair, S-power, Renocar, GEFCO, Hodlmayr, and others.

Michal developed his own recruitment method, PRODATOR®, which has helped fill over 3,000 positions across more than 10 European countries, targeting the most challenging roles such as CNC operators, mechanics, long-haul truck drivers, salespeople, and doctors.
