Kasia has worked as a sourcer in companies of various sizes and in different industries, quickly discovering her passion really lies in teaching. Together with Karolina Latus, Kasia co-founded Super Source Me, focusing on providing sourcing workshops.

Kasia also shares her knowledge through blogging at kasiatang.com. With a degree in linguistics and an interest in culture studies, she looks at sourcing from a less technical and more people-centric perspective. Together with Karolina Latus, she wrote the Recruiter Workbook, a self-learning book on talent sourcing. She also enjoys being engaged in communities, including the Polish Recruitment Open Community which she founded – www.supersource.me
