Martin is the HR director at Astratex, a company which has been through a complete transformation of its top management. Before that, he worked as a director at Rohlik.cz at the times of its greatest transformation. He has a degree in psychology, and before he became involved in the HR area, he worked as a therapist and lecturer in the non-profit sector and as a consultant at the GrowJOB Institute managed by Petr Ludwig. As a consultant, he has got involved with tens of companies at various stages of growth and transformation, which is priceless for his current job.
