Lukas is a graduate in psychology from Comenius University in Bratislava and management from UBC Sydney in Australia. Since 2009, he has been the CEO of Maxman Consultants, an independent company where people set their own salaries, and the company operates on non-hierarchical principles of adult organizations. He has led development programs for managers and their teams in both Europe and Asia. In his free time, he dedicates himself to non-profit projects focused on improving education, providing support to educators, and teaching future occupational psychologists and pedagogues at Comenius University.
