Libor Doležel
Libor is the CEO and co-founder of INSYMBO Labs, which helps select top candidates for your company by using neuroscience-based games and artificial intelligence.
From a young age, Libor had a passion for psychology and human analysis. During his bachelor’s studies, he, therefore, began to apply neurosciences in marketing. Subsequently, at the Danish University in Aalborg, he started building the startup “INSYMBO” – an online tool for selecting employees, which uses artificial intelligence and the latest findings from neuroscience in the selection process.
At the EVOLVE! Summit, Libor will share with you how INSYMBO can help you select the right candidates for each position and culture of your company based on their cognitive and non-cognitive abilities.
