Kasia worked as a recruiter in companies of various sizes and industries, but she quickly realized that her true passion lay in teaching. Together with Karolina Latus, Kasia founded Super Source Me, focusing on providing workshops dedicated to recruitment.

Kasia also shares her knowledge through blogging at kasiatang.com. With a degree in linguistics and a strong interest in cultural studies, she approaches recruitment from a less technical and more people-oriented perspective. Together with Karolina Latus, she co-authored the book Recruiter Workbook, a self-study guide on talent acquisition. Additionally, she actively participates in platforms and communities, including the Polish Open Recruitment Community, which she founded at www.supersource.me.
