Kamila has been working in the HR field for nearly 20 years and currently holds the position of HR/T&C Plant Manager at the multinational automotive foundry Draxton. For the past 6 years, she has focused on the development and stabilization of Draxton’s production plant in Brno. Throughout her career, she has held HR management positions in major international and corporate companies. Kamila emphasizes open and energetic communication, which she strives to foster not only in the workplace but in all her relationships.
