Jaroslav Procházka
He supports a culture of self-management where it makes sense and where people are inclined towards it. He has gathered experience in various roles, from developer to project and product manager, to agile coach and company owner, in innovative and agile projects and transformations, from small companies to large corporations. His approach is heavily based on co-creation with teams, coaching, mentoring, shadowing, and simulations. To stay connected with reality and “get his hands dirty,” he is involved in the initial phases of change alongside companies and has co-founded two startups.
He enjoys sharing his experiences through articles on LinkedIn, on his blog www.differ.cz, in books, or at conferences. He recently published a book on agile HR titled “Partner for Business: Real Stories of Agile HR.“
