Jarda studied Computer Science at Masaryk University in Brno and started his career in this field. He worked as an IT technician, running cables, taming troublesome networks, and rescuing users when things “just broke on their own.” After a very promising career in IT, he decided to take on an even bigger challenge and moved into HR, where he now leads the HR department at Y Soft. Jarda enjoys doing things differently, likes coming up with new ways of working, and isn’t afraid to experiment. He will introduce us to one such project that changed the internal operations at Y Soft.
