Jana is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Technical University of Ostrava. She has been working in the HR field for over 17 years, holding various specialist and managerial positions mainly in manufacturing companies. She has consulting experience as an expert advisor in HR processes at TREXIMA, Ltd. Her main specializations are projects in the areas of compensation, employee motivation and stimulation (audits, innovation, and implementation of wage systems), personnel strategy, and employee adaptation.

Jana is also a certified instructor of public and private courses focusing on professional, managerial, and soft skills training, and she is a certified coach.
