Hana Skljarszka is a successful debater and a coach of a debate league. She has been passing her experience onto teachers, whom she helped implement debate methods into teaching. As a youth representative at the UN, she travelled across Slovakia and popularised critical thinking among high school students. In 2013, she started working for LEAF, a non-profit organisation. Thanks to her presentation and negotiation skills, she helped build a partners’ network. Besides that, she has worked as a project manager and designer of a new high school campus. On a long-term basis, she has been working in the area of mentoring and creation of educational programmes for the youth and of business leadership projects. She is also a facilitator and moderator of events and discussions.

At the Summit, along with her colleague Martin Poliačik, she will run a workshop focused on argument skills.
