Hana Jančulová has been working in corporate HR for more than 15 years. Her experience contains not only Human Resources itself but also the software related to it.

During her career, she has worked in project management, talent development or the employee benefits field. Various HR roles have eventually led her to recruitment, sourcing and branding.

Hana has been leading the recruitment team of the Continental branch in Trutnov since 2016. What she likes most about the job is the possibility to use her experience gained throughout her career. Her current goal is to ensure that Continental attracts the best talents while not losing anything of its uniqueness.
