Diogo Videira is a Portuguese, born and raised in Porto. He earned a Master of Clinical Psychology in 2011. He has been living in Prague since the summer of 2016. Diogo is responsible for the strategic design and plan of the recruitment activities in Prague and Budapest affiliates. He is also the site Leader for the Ambassador’s Initiative, responsible for the cooperation with universities and branding activities. For the last 2 years, he was on the 5 finalists for the “recruiter of the year” award in CZ ( by Goodcall Recruitment Academy).

He joined ExxonMobil in 2018 in his current position, after spending one and half year working for Monster as Lead Recruiter of the Talent Sourcing team, setting up the team and service from the scratch. In Portugal, he worked 4 years in the Real Estate sector, first as a consultant and then as a Team Leader. During his Master studies, he also worked in a recruitment agency for about 3 years.

Diogo loves traveling, cooking, eating, wine, football, volunteering, cinema, board games, and spending time with his girlfriend.
