Daniel Bezecný started his HR career during his university studies. As a member of the AIESEC student organization, he was in charge of recruiting and cooperating with partners.

One of these partners was Grafton Recruitment where he got his first job just after graduation as a consultant for engineering and manufacturing positions. He was also part of a team that established international production and development branches in Brno.

He joined Engage Advisory a year ago, now concentrating on recruiting engineering specialists for positions throughout the country. Even though he is interested in new trends and technologies in engineering and recruitment, he is an advocate of personal communication. He believes that technology should make our jobs easier and not replace the human factor as a whole.
