More widely known for his Candidate Experience & Innovation work at Zalando, he is an experience designer at heart and fiercely passionate about the way companies treat candidates. Now working at jobpal, global leader in chatbot technology, as Head of Client Development, he works with customers to help them discover, define, measure and change the way they approach the hiring experience and help them rebalance the journey to something more candidate-centric.
