Beáta Holá is an occupational psychologist. She supports managers and HR professionals in addressing challenges at all stages of an individual’s journey through an organization: from selecting the right people who fit the position and company culture in terms of potential and mindset, through onboarding, addressing performance and behavior issues, effective development, to resolving conflicts and farewells.
