EVOLVE! Summit 2024 Full Ticket

The price is shown without VAT.

 

  • From June 1 to June 30, 2024, the ticket price is 280 EUR– the maximum number of these tickets is limited to 100 pieces
  • From July 1 to August 31, 2024, the ticket price is 330 EUR – the maximum number of these tickets is limited to 100 pieces.
  • From September 1 to October 15, 2024, the ticket price is 380 EUR – the maximum number of these tickets is limited to 100 pieces.
  • From September 16 to November 7, 2024, the ticket price is 420 EUR – the maximum number of these tickets is limited until capacity is sold out.

The statutory VAT of 21% (twenty-one percent) is always added to the ticket price.

Those who have purchased a ticket as part of the EVOLVE! Summit, of course, also have access to the evening program | banquet, party and concert, so it is NOT necessary to buy a ticket for the evening program separately. This option is mainly for those who cannot or do not want to participate in the full-day program, or for your loved ones, friends, etc.)

  • We are transparent and want to show what the ticket price consists of, which is why we publish a list of the main items that affect the price:
    • renting SONO Centrum premises
    • all-day refreshments made from quality ingredients, starting with breakfast and ending with the evening buffet
    • accommodation and honorariums for selected local and foreign speakers and hosts
    • operative and labor costs for organizing the event
    • simultaneous translations of two podiums
    • recording of presentations for participants complete production and direction provided by the external agency AVT
    • graphics costs, decoration and venue decorations
    • App licence
    • performance and evening concert of the famous slovakian band No Name, Stand Up Comedy Show and the DJ Shafff all night party
    • a lot of small gift items

    It should be noted that without partner financial support, the ticket price would be significantly higher. Therefore, a big thanks goes to the partners of the event. The main aim of the organizers is to organize the EVOLVE! Summit for participants so that you perceive and get back the value of the money you invested in the entrance fee.

    The ticket includes:

    • lecture, partnership and accompanying program including an afterparty with the band
    • all-day full-service refreshments including banquet refreshments and evening drinks
    • a unique atmosphere
    • video recordings from lectures

    Did you know that when you buy a ticket to EVOLVE! At the Summit, you will have at your disposal another 150 inspiring and practical lectures and 90 unique presentations from the last 4 years? A total of 75 hours of original content with HR and Recruitment topics. And, of course, they will be there this year as well. The value of the ticket remains the same for the entire time until sold out, the capacity of the SONO Center is limited. The ticket is tied to the name of the participant (of course, it can be changed at any time).
