Company values are like Mrs. Columbo. Everyone knows about them, their ultra fans sometimes even mention them, but no-one has ever seen them in person. Besides Columbo, obviously. So we, the smart cookies at Entity, started thinking about how to make these values useful. Normally, it’s done in the following way: We arrive at a company seat, steer clear of the management, have a look around and then we usually have the existing values blown into pieces (unless your values are actually well-set). Alternatively, we take all the values we have absorbed during our fiery actions and lay them on the table. In our lecture, you will find out how to do that on your own. However, it’s still the same agency base in the style of the 90s.

In fact, the crucial stuff comes in the stages that follow and we will also teach you all about that. We will show you how company values (whether the existing ones – if they are well-set, or new ones which you come up with based on our lecture) can be used, so that your employees actually believe in them – but not like “Sure, we’re making the world a better place, I remember that – will I get a bonus for that?” We will teach you how to show your employees that they constitute the values themselves. And we will also tell you how to make them pay the values forward (for example, while having a beer in the pub). We’re not kidding… We’ll show you how we do the job and try to teach you to do that, too.

The thing is, we let the employees actually live the values. We put them in a real situation, which is a kind of fictional and we engage the key company values in the screenplay of this “game”. And as we took the values from the whole company just before playing this game, we know the actions of the whole group that will follow. After that, we will show them that the chef who passed out during the training at the mountain cottage was only an actress, and the fact that they could do all the cooking themselves while sharing tasks for the entire week shows that they’re actually a good team. Trust us, no need for words, they’ll realise they’re a real team. You can have this “fun” at your company even on a monthly basis! We’ll show you how.
