Humanity has always been using technologies and innovations to make work simpler and production more efficient. At the brink of Industry 4.0 and the beginning of a new industrial revolution, technologies and artificial intelligence are entering fields that were until recently an exclusively human domain. Not to say that these technologies weren’t needed in these fields, but they were too expensive or too primitive to serve as good replacements for human intellectual labor.

That era is over, and even HR is seeing the arrival of technologies that will help you quickly manage tasks that currently take you many hours. Advanced text analysis, pattern recognition, chatbots, robotization, sociomapping, and VR. All this will change how work in our field is seen and done.
