Mental Health in Companies

Given the geopolitical uncertainties and the post-pandemic era, we are witnessing an increased need for people to take care of their mental well-being. At the same time, we see a significantly growing demand for psychological care for the generation that is still in some levels of school education today.

What can we expect when this generation enters the job market? Should companies already start preparing for a higher demand for psychological care from our employees? Is this even something that companies should take responsibility for? Will we be able to meet the capacity needs of the new generation? Why and how is the mental health of the population deteriorating? What are the typical characteristics of a (mentally) healthy organization?

You will find answers to these questions in a lecture by leading Czech psychologist Radvan Bahbouh.
