For the last 25 years, the people at Sociomapping.com have been working on research of teams in order to identify the key factors that differentiate highly performing teams from the average ones. Whereas the key factors of team efficiency remain the same, the world and the context in which teams work has been changing significantly. Increasingly more frequently, cooperation of teams tends to be virtual, teams are often international and, most importantly, they are formed in order to manage short and quick projects and need to be agile.
